📦 Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Once your order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
    If you need to update your address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at question@jghscooter.com.

  • The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is delivered to you or a third party you designate (excluding the carrier).
    If you selected your own carrier not offered by us, risk is transferred when the product is handed over to that carrier.

  • If you change your mind before dispatch, cancellations are accepted.
    If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
