Return and Refund Policy
At JGH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.
Return Conditions

Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be in brand new, unused, undamaged condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, parts, and manuals included.
- Used items cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

- You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of your product.
Return Process

Contact Us for Return Authorization:
- Before returning the product, please contact our customer support team at question@jghsport.com to request a return authorization.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Verification:
- After contacting us, we may require you to provide photos of the item for verification.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and the return address.

Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and it will depend on the courier you choose.
- Please ensure the item is safely packed in the original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.

Return Deadline:
- After receiving your return authorization, please return the product within 5 days and provide us with a tracking number.
- Failure to do so will result in the return request being expired.
Return Fees
- Payment Processing Fee: A 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund, as charged by our payment gateway. This fee is non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 8% will be applied to returns.

Return Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Non-quality returns: You are responsible for the return shipping fee.
- Damaged or incorrect items: If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
- You can cancel your order for free if it has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at question@jghsport.com to avoid any shipping or return costs.

Order Cancellation After Shipment:
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will incur a 3% payment processing fee plus the return shipping fee once the item is received back.

Product Returns After Delivery:
- Returns are accepted if the product is unused and in its original condition. If the product has been used or is in unacceptable condition, the return will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the criteria, we will initiate the refund process.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
- Please note that refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company, and it may take up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
- Final Sale Items: Some items, such as accessories and batteries, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
- Used Products: We do not accept returns on used products unless they are found to be defective or malfunctioning.
