Return & Refund Policy

🛍️ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be new, unused, and undamaged

  • Must include original packaging, accessories, and manuals

  • Used items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged during shipping

⏳ Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order

🔄 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email question@jghsport.com to request a return authorization
    Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

  2. Verification
    You may be asked to send photos of the item for approval

  3. Return Instructions
    Once approved, we will provide the return address

    • Return must be shipped within 5 days after authorization

    • A tracking number must be provided

    • Late returns may be rejected

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility (unless due to our error)

  • Please pack the item securely using the original packaging

💸 Return Fees

Fee Type Description
Payment Processing 5% (non-refundable, charged by our payment gateway)
Return Shipping Paid by customer unless return is due to our mistake

If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Free cancellation available. Email us as soon as possible

  • After Shipment:

    • A 5% processing fee applies

    • You are responsible for return shipping once the item is received back

💳 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method

  • Your bank may take up to 14 business days to process the refund

⚠️ Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items (e.g., accessories, batteries) are non-returnable unless defective

  • Used Products cannot be returned unless they are defective or malfunctioning
